First time visiting this hotel and I was impressed. The manager was absolutely AMAZING!! He was extremely attentive and always made sure we were all set. Room was very comfortable for our big family. Definitely recommend and I hope to be back soon!!

This place is underrated. The employees here are all very nice and welcoming, they all are from different places in the world. They do a great job keeping things clean and being helpful. Pool on site, restaurant on site that serves 3 meals and it's a 5 star, across the street from beach and the trolley comes every hour to bring you back and forth from the Pier area.
Our room was clean with a new a/c and smelled cleaned and nice. Staff are great and had no promblem with parking.
Don’t listen to all the negative comments. We had a super experience at the Grand beach inn. Staff was really nice, room super clean and spacious and we never lacked of anything. Walls are a little thin tho so be prepared to hear the conversations/fights of the neighbours lol. It’s a 20-30 minutes walk from the pier but the beach is at like 3 min from the motel and it’s never busy. Overall I totally recommend!
Dont let the exterior fools you. This inn was such a huge highlight of our trip to Maine. They gave us free upgrade because something in the original room didnt work. Besides excellent customer service, our room was a charming one bed apartment with plenty of storage, and a nice view of the marsh, there were also trains that occasionally passed through, but they were not noisy at all. They also are 30 mins walking distance from the Old Orchard Beach so their section of the beach are really enjoyable and empty. It also features a heated pool, and since they are connected to a restaurant with live music in the evening, there were nothing better to do than to float in the heated pool while getting serenaded. Most importantly, the staff works really hard to keep the place clean. We were impressed by how throughout they were, you can see they clean the stairs, the floor… everyday 10/10 money well spent! And I will be coming back!
Our room was clean and comfortable for the two of us. We had an issue getting the TV to work and needed towels, spoke to staff and they took care of it within 5 minutes! The staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed the breakfasts at Rumorz Cafe. Good food, service and coffee! Location was great, right across the street from a very beautiful beach. Enjoyed Royal Anchor too across the street. Live music Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday from 3-6pm. Great spot to stay!!
Very nice clean rooms. Friendly front desk for check in with a Folder of Local Restaurants/Menu’s to checkout. Beach is so close and relaxing to hangout at.
